You can get all that and more with a good portfolio of regulars. My guess is that some of you like the confrontations and negotiations with the providers since you may not have enough of those in your lives? Been lurking here for the past week. I honestly had no idea the "mongering" culture even existed. I figured it was one of those things that people did to get a nut off every once in a while, not like a hobby. Now I feel somewhat better about my curiosities.

Long time lurker (mainly becuase I not terribly active)

Going to make this (fairly) short and sweet:

I made my first visit to K Spa on Buford Highway last week and it was even better than I was expecting, based on other excellent reviews.

Mamasan led me to a room and Sky entered shortly thereafter. Sky gave me an enjoyable table shower, giving me a good scrub down in all the right places, then she dried me off and led me back to the room. (I really enjoy this particular aspect of a visit to a Spa.).

Look on the back few pages for the ads but be aware that many are run by the same people and a few who answer the phone only speak Spanish.
