How do we remain under the radar all the time?
By not being explicit in email or on the phone. Showing up for conversation, company, or a massage is not illegal. Don't take out the money until you do the "cop checks". Don't give her money, leave it on a table somewhere. It could be sticky, but we are still haven't done anything that will stick.
We are not meeting women at a PTA meeting or at church. We are responding to an escort ad posted on an escort message board or adult site. The ads didn’t fall out of the Sunday paper - we had to specially look to find them. By going to this trouble and by making the initial contact, and the nature of all of it being illegal, we show our predisposition for P4P. Because we are “predisposed” we have no defense of entrapment. The police are not entrapping a willing soul when they are messing with us. Entrapment is reserved for those defendants who had an innocent mind, where the police planted the idea and offered encouragement and overcame their better judgment. Ask your lawyer about this. If he/she tells you anything differently ask a public defender.
Cop checks are worthless anyway. There is no law requiring cop checks in the first place and no law saying cops can't do a cop check. At most there may be be a department regulation against physical contact in this type of case, but that is not a bar to prosecution, not a defense at trial. It's between the department and the officer if a regulation was violated.
The only totally safe women to fuck for money are women we pick up at church, a republican rally, places that are not P4P places which, of course, would be ridiculous. It wouldn't work which is why cops don't plant decoys at such places. The internet sites, the rags by the elevator at the hotel, the escort ads have us making that first contact in response to the ads and when we do we show our predisposition and . . . . . . . . there I go repeating myself. Don' believe me. Ask the local public defender.
Do you mean Southeast side?
Wondering if anyone would be willing to share contact info an easy to get ahold of, with a reasonable rate, gal on the south, southwest side? Only going to be in town about 12 hours and won't have time to cruise the monger avenues. Would also be interested in any info about Riverbend Music Center. Ease of parking, getting in and out, is it possible to be there when a band arrives or any pertinent info. Thanks.
If you are looking for someone near Riverbend, then that would be the southeast side of Cincy.
As to your questions about Riverbend, a lot depends on the band. Large parking lots, fairly easy to get in, but can take some time to get out. Generally you won't be able to be in the Pavilion or grass when the band arrives. They get there pretty early to do their sound check.
If you want southeast side, try to get in touch with Petra. She works the east side.
