I take telmisartan and I can also use Viagra. Anyone that uses nitroglycerin tablets to control angina shouldn't use Viagra or any of its relatives because of the risk of blood pressure dropping too low.

That said, remember that any patented medicine is a chemical and mixing chemicals can cause other reactions. Some may be desirable and some may kill you.
