The Millennial Generation of sugar babies is now in their early 30's. Most have retired from the game. I know 3 of my previous long term ladies are now married. 2 have children. So the Millennial options of ladies is significantly reduced!

If you are searching for a 25 YO lady, you are in Gen Z territory. The Gen Z ladies are more accustomed to Tinder and the online dating world. They bring that mentality into the sugar world. On Tinder, they only swipe right on the top 20% of dudes based on pics. Most handsome wins. The other 80% are ignored. Most of us in the sugar world are 80%ers. (I am at least.) So the challenge is more difficult than ever to attract the attention of an attractive 20 something to spend money on.

On the Men's side, many younger dudes are on SA. Since tinder is only successful for the top 20% of men, many have moved to SA for vanilla dating. That makes it more of a challenge for the dudes over 45 who are looking for a sugar partner. The younger vanilla guys are attracting attention of the hot chicks. If the hot chick wants to get paid to date, they have to weed through the younger dudes to find the ones willing to pay. They only move to the older dudes when the younger options have been exhausted.

As an older dude you have to up your photo game and use the tricks like the ladies do! Flattering angles. Filters. Bullcrap like that in order to hope to attract attention. (Unless you are in great shape or a younger dude willing to pay, who's in good shape, to get any traction with the attractive chicks. No filters necessary for those few dudes.).

Pre-pandemic it was much easier for us 80%ers to find a winning lady. Now, the playing field is crowded on the men's side and more limited on the lady's side.

I search 18-35 year olds- although the younger girls (18-21) are hard to pluck in our region. I have a standard message I copy and paste when I reach out, it contains some things about me and what I have to offer (without sounding arrogant) and I mention that I have been in successful arrangements. I alter the message to personalize it to the girl I'm hitting up. I have pics- most of them locked but when I send my opening message I almost always unlock my pics. I'm attractive and stay in shape. I have a unique look for SA so that helps. I also talk to the women like they're people and understand that the most important thing is that they feel safe and comfortable. Once chatting I ask basic questions and feel them out. If they are shy I ask them more plain questions. If they are flirty I say pretty sexual things. I also watch the wording, if it seems off, like they are using a translator I fuck with them. And if they solicit I block them, I'm not looking for a hooker.

I would say about half my inbox is girls that respond to me and I just leave them on read and don't respond back.

Flake and rinser. She favorited me sometime ago when my sub expired, after I renewed, took her a while to even reply back despite her having put me on favorites so you can already tell how this might go. Texted her, she disappeared for some days so I made sure on a burner number she was still around. When we originally texted she said 3 bennis was ok and was hoping to set up a day. With KCesar mentioning many scammers, it brought back a memory of a conversation I had with my steady SB back in 2020. She was a dime. A home run. Dudes would hit on her in WAWA all the time. Even once, when I was pumping gas for her and she was in her car, a dude walks past me to ask her for her number. It was surprising. She was always gracious but mostly annoyed by the attention.

She told me she had different responses on SA for different dudes based on how she vibes with them. If she knows from the jump she doesn't want to pursue an arrangement with a guy she will attempt some type of scam on them. If she thinks a dude has potential she will play it straight. I got lucky. She was the best partner I ever had in this game. We lasted 18 months. She's now engaged and living in a different city.

I often wonder if many ladies on the site now are taking this same approach to vetting us dudes for an arrangement? Scam for the undesirable and straight shooter for the potential.
