Yes, that is correct! You can look at pics and even favorite the ones you like--however, in order to chat you have to do a membership. I did the 3 month deal and had moderate success. After you weed out all the scammers and online only shit, you may be able to bag a few. Best advice I can give is get them off of the site ASAP and chat on another platform.
