Very curious. I doubt that law enforcement shut them down. Downey has 5 or 6 AMPs that have been in business there for 25-30 years. I don't live in Downey anymore, but I did for 22 years. I played with it at my spa for a while but chose not to put it on the menu because my insurance company required a rider for it that costs a couple thousand dollars a year extra.
