At worst, just have a picture ready on your phone and point to it if they're completely lost (though I still wouldn't expect this to happen).

Interesting how I just posted about a less than stellar experience at this spot a couple days ago and then this review pops up which is pretty contradictory to what I said. 1st time reviewer and screen name even has "HX" at the end. Look, I'm no expert but service recovery is better when you reach out to the person who had the bad experience and try to make it up to them instead of creating a fake account to write up a fake review to make your spa look good. There are certain words throughout the review that indicate a lack of command of the English language. Particularly mistakes that a person with a first language of a asian variety would make while speaking English.

I was hanging out around Chula Vista this weekend and decided to pass by for a cheap massage and a rub and tug so, I went to lucky foot spa and I've been many times to this spot throughout the years and they have 3 same providers been working there for a long time. However, last night was a complete different providers and the menu has changed. Providers are in their late 30's and 40's for sure, they are very nice people. Has anyone have the same experience?
