Made an appointment with Mai at Boulevard Cuts on Arlington Blvd, a follow up visit for me after visiting a month or so ago based on fournick8's rundown of the Viet shops. My first visit was pleasant enough, decent massage, good conversation and standard HE. When I visited today I met Julie. I'm thinking Julie and Mai are either the same person or they take massage business in shifts. Last month she had her mask on, this time no mask and she didn't remember me so I'm not sure.

These ladies are making it up as they go along, if they can get the price they're asking on any given day, then God bless them, but there was no agreement on price prior to your session apparently, so she shouldn't have expected anything more than what you paid on your first visit. Has anyone found out the true scoop on Evergreen in Fairfax? It's getting a lot of reviews on RM that seem too good to be true and flagged as fake.
