I've been seeing Natasha regularly for years. If you book a full hour and be respectful, she usually has no problems with MSOG. At least that has been my experience. YMMV.

If I got my info right:
- DMG is like $60-100?
- She moved to a new location (with a walk of shame) but another post indicated you can still visit her at her place?
- FS is rare and even then she's not very into it.
