This raises once again the point of mature and professional providers who understand customer service as opposed to young dabblers who seem to believe the world owes them something. What the world owes them is a lesson in supply and demand. And there's not much demand for providers who treat mongers like Vanessa does.

As you might imagine from above, I go for mutual touch kind of light stuff. I've wondered if this should translate to more time or less gifts. Interested to hear opinions from both providers and brothers.
