If the room has a door, then you can expect at least a happy ending. If the room can be locked from the inside, then you can expect more, if you play your cards right.

If you are paying substantially more, you are the market forces that are driving up "inflation" - if the experience is outstanding or the roaming is particularly good or you get some DATY or BBBJ or something, or if you are a regular to someone, etc, sure treat them super nice, but don't drive up prices and expectations unnecessarily for a quick HJ.
