If you say it occurred then I believe it. The Harrahs folks probably hushed it up. Horseshoe just isn't the same since Jack Binion sold it.

I've been on here for a long time, although I do not post much unless I have something legitimate to report. And I must say that a number of you guys, and gals, have been extremely helpful, especially when I first found this place. Thank you a ton!

There is the article on the sweep. 95 people is a pretty big roundup. It said
they also got 34 "suspected prostitutes". I'm virtually positive that most of them weren't charged with prostitution-related charges, as I checked the sheriff's site and didn't see that many there. I didn't realize you could even find 34 hoes in the National/Summer area these days.I'm guessing they got most of them for other things.

Still, its pretty significant and will undoubtedly keep things even quieter in that part of the city than they already were. I imagine it will be like this until the stimulus money runs out (I'm assuming next year sometime).

May be a little sensationalizm on the part of LE showing what a job they've done cleaning things up.

I know LEO followed a monger today after he picked his date up. He was followed to where he was having his dream in his van and only got a ticket, but still not a fun experience. Happened near Lamar and Getwell area.

Well I guess blue crush had to make a showing. The chief had to hold a conference give details of arrests they made. I think when other arrests like for drugs are low. They go out to help their percentage look good.

I'm pretty sure that most of them vary their days and times a bit and take days off every so often (particularly lately with all the LE issues).
