Lap Dances and Tipping. Reply
I'm thinking about being a more active participant in Block activities and need some guidance. What's the protocol for tipping after a lap dance in Baltimore? Is there a standard amount or percent? In Ohio the dancers get 60% of whatever the customer spends on her – drinks, dances, etc. That doesn't appear to be the case in Baltimore. Consequently, dancers are high pressure for tips? If the lap dance is $80 and the service is excellent, what's the norm? I've RTFF but am still unclear. Help would be appreciated.
Sadly there is no "protocol". In my opinion it's all based on what was done by the dancer during your lap dance or what she allowed you to do during the dance. She will also try and negotiate money based on what she wants to get from you. It's also based on what the dance cost you and at what bar. The Hustler has $15 dances and depending on what she has done for me, I could tip her another $15 or as little as $5. (just hand her the 20).
Every club, every girl, every shift will get you a different answer and experience.
Sorry, I know that wasn't any help. You just need to try as you go.
Stay safe and enjoy your new participation level.
Jim.
