Rest assured that is indeed not the case, so let's get over that. I for one, speaking only for myself, I am short on time and can not have an on going relationship, so instead of going to the clubs, I choose to make this a win win for myself and the provider I select. While price has some merit, it is not the only factor. I use this board to help me make better decisions with regard to good quailty choices, hence no surprises. The fact that we don't "like" the rate has no bearing as the rate has been set
based on either the desired clientle or the number of appointments desired per month.

It is also not unusual for a name or physical appearance to draw a higher rate
which is not reflected in the quality of service or skill set and I hate to use the car example,

with more bells and whistles,the cost was higher but the reliability was lower than the Cavalier.

What needs to be accepted on this board is that the forum covers a wide
price and service range which begins with the SW at $20 and extends all the way to the higher dollar ladies.
We as customers have no direct control over a lady's rate, only they do.

Yes---I want that---but not at all costs. Once the price rises beyond a certain point, hobbyists will bow out of the market, or restrict their consumption to the point where few ladies are getting much business.

The system works best when we all remember that we rely on mutual benefits here.

It may be true to say that I "could not get" some of the hotter, younger ladies if they didn't "offer themselves up" as providers. I benefit from the services of these ladies, no question about it.

However, it is *also* true to say that some of these same ladies would have trouble replacing their current incomes as providers if we hobbyists didn't open our wallets. There aren't many professionals out there who make $200~$300 per hour--especially tax-free. A top-flight corporate attorney might make that much, but most accountants, engineers, and corporate employees don't don't clear anywhere near that much per hour.

The pricing arrangement should not be exploitive in either direction, or the market will collapse. If hobbyists collectively decided that they weren't willing to pay more than $40, the market would collapse because few ladies would be willing to work as providers at that price.

Likewise, hourly rates of $675 are not sustainable....no matter how hot the woman is. If prices ever rose to this level, I would either go back to the wonderful world of conventional dating, do without, or try some alternative arrangement (like one of the sugar daddy dating sites). I'll have to agree with Warlock. Take for example a Lexus vs Chevy. While most of the general population can only afford a Chevy there are some that can afford a much nicer car. They have the money and want to upgrade to something better. But that can be said for any product and service on the market. There will always be a small group willing and able to pay a higher price. Why would it be any different for services a provider charges. Though I can't afford a Lexus, that doesn't mean the car should be priced lower even though the quality may be much higher. There is one other point I'd like to talk about. How much providers make per hour. Yes, some make $200/hr. Yes, an engineer or nurse or etc doesn't make that much per hour. But I don't know any provider that actually works 40 hours a week. They probably work two or three if they are lucky. At that time and rate they really aren't making that much more than anyone else. Unlike most accountants, lawyers, nurses, engineers, they may have to pay for their own life insurance, dental and health insurance, retirement plan and taxes. If you take this into account they are making a great deal less than most people. Just my 2 cents.

I agree but here is my point. If a provider has a rate that is say $$$ per hour, but only does one a day if that, wouldn't it make more sense to lower your rate to compete with others to $$ per hour and do 2 to 3 a day? Lets be honest here, most guys and I am one of them, on occasion will be so wound up they only last minutes. Now if the provider is stern on a one pop policy you just paid upwards of $30 per minute. Granted most last longer, but all of us have had that time where we visited a provider and didn't last and was back on the road in 30 minutes. You know there are barbie dolls at every store, most of the time we buy the ones with the most accessories. Barbies generally all look the same, but what they bring to the table is what counts. So if I can get my barbie, at a discount rate, with the same or better accessories, then why not get it. Every guy on here doesn't just call one provider when he is looking, we call at least 2 or 3 and and weigh our options, then pick one. There is a reason big lots is such a busy store people.

There are many business models that I have witnessed over the years. The high end/ low turnover model which started the debate clearly isn't working quite as well as it once did or there wouldn't be an alternative menu.

Each provider must select the model that meets there needs and which they can reasonably hope to maintain. In every business model the pricing of he competition is clearly a major consideration- but not the only one.

It's all supply and demand- econ 101. Nobody should be criticized for their pricing. If its wrong the market will tell her. Now if she were to run a special and found that her bottom line increased without significantly increased costs (including depreciation of the primary asset due to overuse) then a smart provider would modify her business plan.

Well first off, brush up on the 22 points in mongering. Secondly not checking the situation out, and goin in haphazardly was a big mistake. I always stand by the door and listen and look for obvious signs things may go down. Granted I have been lucky, but I'm a big well built dude which may have helped sway a would be scam. Nervousness is a big telltale sign to people that you may be an easy target. The lesson learned, is to be more cautious, and be more like me, either I establish a great rapport with a provider or I go strictly by other reviews. And I always do research before I meet anyone. First, thank you for warning your fellow posters. That's what his board is for and we appreciate it.

Second, LEO, if you really are reading this board, here is a real crime you can look into. You can get this one and her boyfriend for robbery - which is a crime which actually does have a victim.

Some of the more experienced posters will give more detailed advice, but I would recommend never taking your real wallet or cell phone in with you and never take more money than the intended fee was supposed to be. That way, if you are robbed you aren't out any more than the service was going to cost you anyway. In essence you wouldn't actually be out any money - just the service.

If it makes you feel any better, you are definitely not alone. A lot of guys here have been ripped off including me. Had a provider once send me back down to my truck to get protection. She then slipped out the back with the money.
