Otherwise, business is just a little slower. Might be a sporting event on tv or family holiday, or you like a different kind of girl. That's a 600 hour training requirement plus a state board written and practical test. Most cities would also require a CUP, but again that depends on the city and how strict they are with their zoning laws. The big advantage though is you can set up a shop pretty cheaply.
