Saw Red this morning before I went into work. Picked her up from a house in Inkster. She got in and looked good and smelled very nice. This isn't the first time I have seen her, but it's been a while. We found a spot that she said is safe and could relax at. Started off with a little GFE, lots of kissing and feeling her extremely wet kitty under her dress, she wasn't wearing panties so that made it easy. I took out the big man and she started going to work. Her mouth game is very good, very sloppy and lots of deep throating. She told me that she enjoys having a dick in her mouth and it shows. I was playing with her kitty while she gave me head and I couldn't believe how wet she was, it was running down her thigh! I got out and told her to bend over on the passenger seat, I raised her dress up and went in. Fellas, when I say she got the wetest pussy I had from a BP girl I truly mean it. I was pounding away, but I couldn't hold it anymore, I don't know if it was because of her moaning or the wet noise her pussy was making, but I unloaded in the cover. She said she wanted me to unload in her mouth, but the pussy was to good.
You don't think the extra wetness had to do with some other guy just releasing in her? She's a hooker. I think that would make more sense than you getting her off. It's cool if you like the feel of other guys jizz falling out of her. .
Haha. That's the first thing that comes to my mind when the girl is wet.

Hey fellas,
I know this isn't a legal forum, but I'm hoping to get some help from those of you with experience and maybe help others in the future.
I got hauled in a while back by Highland Park. I was on the Are and swooped a decoy a couple blocks north of 6.
At the arraignment, I pled guilty. The magistrate asked if I commited this offense "on this date" in the City of HP. I told him I believed I was in Detroit and told him where I was. He asked if this was where the proposition or the arrest happened. It was the proposition. He did not ask where the arrest took place but said based on this info, he could not accept a guilty plea. He then set a pretrial date.
So my questions are;.
Can they cross lines like that?
Does it matter where the proposition took place?
Does it matter where the arrest took place?
North of 6 mile, what is considered Highland Park vs. Detroit?

I know that anything south of 6 mile at Woodward is considered Highland Park. The vu that got shut down is on the southwest corner of 6 and Woodward and is Highland Park. Hopefully someone will add more than me to help you out. Good luck Cyberfrogiii.

North of 6 mile, what is considered Highland Park vs. Detroit?
You left out some pertinent information here. Where were you stopped at and was it DPD, DVICE, or HP LEO? If you scooped a girl for a ride North of 6 that is the city of Detroit. No question. However if you were pulled over in HP by HP LEO that's good as they have no money and most of the time will settle for a fine. Now where this gets interesting is if you were stopped by DPD and you were actually in Highland Park? Now that might get thrown out as they have no jurisdiction there. And more than likely would not show up for court. So again, who pulled you over and where exactly? Also where was your first court date in front of the magistrate?

They did monitor, arrest and hassle people ,walkers and mongers, within Detroit limits. I would think if they observe a felony thay can arrest someone outside of limits.
Best I can tell general rule is police cannot arrest in another district unless hot persuit, in conjunction with state or federal police. Felonies seem to be an exception if they saw it happen.

To answer your questions: can they cross lines -- yes.
Does it matter where the proposition / arrest took place? Apparently not especially in governments with the confines of other governments. IE places like Highland Park and Hamtramk. At best you could have argued on the legality and what they could have done to keep it more legal is.
Simply summon the other county police force to finalize said arrest.
I'm assuming they impounded your vehicle? Did they arrest you and take you in or did they just give you a ticket?
What I'm wondering about is how come they refused to accept your guilty plea? Obviously there is more to your story and or they are looking to punish you to the full extent.

If you were north of 6 mile you were in Detroit. I also doubt you want to plead guilty without talking to a lawyer first as there may be repercussions you are not aware of for doing so. There may be a plea deal available as well.

North of 6 mile, what is considered Highland Park vs. Detroit?
As several readers have stated, you need an attorney. You want this to go away and that is what the good ones do. If you need my guy's name, let me know. Pre-trial is where your lawyer will do a plea deal and fight to keep your fine in the $400-$600 range. Yes, this is just a money grab and a misdemeanor, but it is very painful just the same so have a large shot of Novocaine handy before entering the court room. Good luck.
There is a one mile buffer (jurisdiction) for LE to cruise into and can make arrests with in said distance. Any cities LE bordering 8 mile can come up to a mile inside Detroit and DP can go into the suburbs one mile. I've seen Hazel Park police on many occasions cruise the blocks east of John are and south almost to Lantz and have witnessed them making arrests south of 8. I've also seen DP follow a couple individual's out the hood and pull them over.

I know I have personally told you not to put Pontiac info not in the Detroit thread about six times, plus my other brothers that have mentioned the same thing. It is actually 2 miles here in Michigan. Shared jurisdiction it is called.

As anyone who has ever witnessed cops blatantly lie and perjury themselves in a court of law.
Most of the time it is about reading peoples their rights when they haven't. But I would not put it past some to be okay with extending beyond shared border jurisdiction. After all possession of a criminal is about nine tenths of the law and if you get one that cannot afford proper representation.
Sorry for the dumb question, I don't see the Pontiac section, can someone post or PM me the link.
It is hidden under other Michigan. Pretty dead on that forum.

Well, Special ED.
Perhaps you are right about not paying attention to detail, since I meant to post this in the SW forum. But I guess it was meant to be HERE if for no other reason than to say this:
First off, no-one "tells" me what to do. I have respect for this site and it's members and would not continue to do something to offend anyone. The truth is, every time there has been a complaint about Pontiac info on the Detroit thread (and I'm sure it's less than you claim), I've received PMs from different members saying to ignore you and thanking me for the info. So I have continued to share for the benefit of those who are obliged.
I don't know what your issue is with Pontiac. I see posts about other strolls around the Metro area often and have never seen anyone ***** about it. The SW thread has only a few posts per day added if not every other day or less. I don't see where an occasional post clutters up the thread.
I thought we were all here to help eachother out and to share our experiences in the hobby.
I'm not a newbie, and my unfortunate incident with HP happened in 2015 (before I became a member here I might ad). I'm not the first person here this has happened to, but this is one of the reasons we are all here, right? To hopefully learn and share. "Shared juresdiction". I'll keep that in my handy dandy notebook. Thanks.
And thanks to all who commented on the original post. Your comments were lost to me until recently, since I rarely visit this thread, but your help and advise is greatly appreciated.
Frogiii.
P.S. Since a "not guilty" plea was entered due to my testimony of being in Detroit and not HP, a bargain was offered. "Disorderly Conduct" with fines well below the $400-$600 earlier mentioned, $80 health class and expungement upon completion. Thank you, thank you.

You can find the sock puppet post with a search. You can also read all of LD's posts and see if you see the guiding hand of a woman or if its just white nighting or even neither. If it was her, that's a ton of effort and creativity about other women. Personally, I believe that there was one member, I won't name, who did try to bully her into some perversion and retaliated against her with reports of BBFS. Very commonly done. She was on defense, not offense. But that's my opinion.
