1. Be confident, but not aggressive.

2. Dress "nice" or "okay". Don't wear a suit but also don't wear dirty sweatpants. I am usually on business or holiday so "business casual" is the norm. Similarly, wear deodorant, don't reek of shit, chew some gum, etc.

Best bet if you walk in one and there is a locked door or locked screen door that you have to ring a bell, its going to be a good place.
