Last time I looked at chapter 90, there was nothing in there that said probable cause to stop a MV was because they left a massage spa. What's next, stopping cars that leave a nail spa because they suspect prostitution? I won't even talk about keeping your mouth shut when stopped. License and Reg. That's it!

Not much LE can do with the video or phone logs for that matter. I'm pretty sure there are not any cams in the rooms. They are only in the common area and that does not prove anything. Last time I checked, it is not illegal to walk into a spa or call a spa.

That's it![/QUOTE]Legal or not, the stops seem to be the current tactics employed by LEO. When you get stopped like that, they can make you really nervous and apply the pressure. I'm not saying its right or what I might do. But until they get challenged in court about the tactics, they will likely continue.

I went to this spa around that time and am lucky I wasn't stopped. From what I've heard about stops like these, they in a way make you think you are in trouble ("we know what goes on / what you did in there") even with no actual proof. They might even apply scare tactics by letting you know the consequences of those actions (arrest, jail time, public embarrassment) . They then say you won't get in trouble if you cooperate. Who knows how any of us not experienced with law enforcement would react when actually pressured. I just know that 99%of the time, a cop investigating you or something you are involved in, is not on your side. Any information you give law enforcement of illegal activities can be used against you. All that "I'll help you if you help me, " stuff can go out the window once they get what they want.

The bottom line is the cops don't know what you did or didn't do. People do go to AMPs for just a massage including females. I have been and just got a massage on more than one occasion.
Best advice do not say anything and be respectful and follow all the commands. The threshold for a M / V stop is very low example expired sticker failure to signal marked lanes etc etc. And the person that determines that is behind the wheel of the cop car. If they start asking you questions the general rule is they don't have anything. If they had footage or anything else you would be ordered out of the car and bracelets would be applied to your wrists.

Not much massage skills but did allow OTC top and kitty. On the flip the top did come up for access and the finish was fine. Did ask for extras but she shook her head no.

Just for grins, I called Rehoboth tonite, after getting no answer for days and days, and lo and behold, an unfamiliar voice answered!
Somewhat taken aback, I asked if this was the spa. I didn't mention the name of the previous incantation.
She replied in the affirmative. My pulse was racing a bit, so I asked if (name withheld) was working. She said no, all new girls.
I suspect the old is gone, and this is the new, but someone will have to TOFTT to get the particulars. I can't do it, since I am away on a secret NSA mission.
Fingers are crossed that it's a viable place to go.
