3. Glass City Showgirls: $2.25 beers, girls were better than last time, even a couple of them were 10s. One girl named Sophia?, sexy specs turned me on, hope to see her again.

4. Scarletts: $4 beers, by far the most beautiful girls around, several 10s. A particularly beautiful blonde with no tats, Fresh! I'll definitely be back.

All in all, Toledo has of the best talent around, given the prices. You can go to other cities, but you are going to pay, trust me I have.[/QUOTE]


Not sure I would agree with the Sophia comment, her face to me is not quite right, not a 10.

I have never been to LUX, I may try that sometime.

Food at Platinum, go on Tuesday, they have Tacos. Beyond that I stick to the Mac and CHeese, popcorn and Pizza (pan style, thin stuff is not to good).

From a dance perspective I can rank them (in order of "fun")

Well, this club is so bad I only go about once a year, just to give it a chance in hopes it is now better.

11-14, Saturday night. Arrived just before 10. $3 cover and drink was about $4. No one on stage when I walked in. 3 guys, two couples and from what I can tell 1 dancer at the video game. After a couple songs video game girl went on stage, do not recall her name. She was attractive, but other than low cover and drink prices that is the last good thing I will say. Tipped her on stage. When she got off, back to the video game. Couple more songs, kept calling another girl up, but she was no where to be seen. Girl 1 and DJ then goes back to get her. She walks out. Not to bad, little thick but not bad. One of the guys go to the stage to tip as well as me. I sat there with my $2 sitting on the stage for a song and a half while she sat on her azz in front of the other guy. For the first time in my life I picked up my tip, put it back in my pocket and went back to the bar. The DJ after song two told her to "dance for the other guy". Maybe he meant me, not sure, but I was not interested anymore. She still was sitting on her azz, never really danced.

I then left, just before 10:30.

2 girls, not bad looking
Both bad attitudes
Barmaid was cool
Left with just under $300 in my pocket, which is what had happened my last two visits.

Way to go XS, way to run a club! GET A F'N clue.

May be back in a year.

Don't know about TSG, also, where's this XS? And, you might be right about Sophia, I might have been a little under the weather at the time, after all of my previous stops!

IMHO it is a management issue and not a girl issue. Management should never allow that crap to happen. I think they do not care if they make money. Face it, there is a lot of SQFT in that place when you add in the oversized "VIP". Very few customers, cheap beer and girls who are not working hard to get guys into the VIP. So rent is fairly costly given few customers, maybe this place is a front for something else......

I did venture over to "Bella's" after XS Saturday night. I will say it seems to be getting a little better over there. They really went down hill when ownership/management changed over there. Lost a lot of their best girls, ect. But there was a decent amount of customers in there and about 8 girls this past Saturday, although two of them got sick after walking outside.... Gee, wonder what they "did" out there.....

I drove past Glass City Showgirls last night (Tuesday) around 9:30 and saw 3 police cars out front and they looked to be questioning someone in the street that runs alongside the club.
I don't know what was going on but that place has seen it's share of trouble.

So has anyone tried Marilyn's yet? I've read that it's owned by the same people who own Subi's and the Landing Strip, so I have some hopes.

I would also be interested in what this club is like. In the past I heard it was always a little ghetto.

The "Palms" at Detroit/Sylvania is soon going to be a bikini/topless bar again. The owner is tired of the fights, stabbings and shootings that the nightclub-style environment has attracted. He tells me that the boobie-bar has a better clientel.

A stage has already been installed on top of the dance floor and girls are in the process of being hired. There are already 3 former Scarletts girls bartending, as they got tired of the fully nude scene.

Is it worth the money/time to get there? [/QUOTE]I would say that its OK. I have been there in the past and have always had a great time. Expect to pay though. The door charge was.6 with about four ladies to choose from. Tips inside your "private dance" could run you as much as 1.5 to 2.0 more.

Your only other option in Glass City is Asian AMPs with an investment of 1.5 total for door and tip.

I would definately stay off the streets.

Started out at Platinums before 7:00 to avoid cover charges had some of the buffet, pizza & wings and $4 beer this price goes to $6 after 7:00. Very slow and not much action. I turned down all dance requests here. Decided not to stay to check out night shift girls.

Went to Club Chablis from there, no cover and $4 beers, girls just starting to dance around 8:00 finished my beer and left no interaction with any girls. Jewells is back working here again too.

On the to Palms, on entrance checked with a metal detector which was welcomed, no cover did not stick around this place at all. To much rap.

Then went to Marilyns on Monroe. Hit with a $10 cover, but $2 domestics till 9:00. Place was kicking, then slowed down, beer after 9:00 was $6. A bachelor party was keeping the place going. Quite a mix of girls here to choose from. Took a dance from Cash $20 each and good mileage. I will check this place out again.

I've been to Arm Candy a few times now and seen some very hot girls there. The door fee is only 30 for the half hour and 50 for the hour. Then the tip to your model of course.
