Downtown LA

What happened to the Huntington? It used to be full of girls. I haven't seen or heard anyone for months now. There use to be 3 girls there who were damn good performers.

Haven't been reading the local papers much lately eh?

Well two things have happened.

#1.) LAPD has cracked down hard in the downtown area in general, and on the homeless in particular. Any monger here can tell you, though you won't read it in the local fishwrap, that the clampdown started before that, with concentration on illegal activities along Broadway, Spring, and Main st.

#2.) LAPD finally took out the gang that controls all the drug activity downtown. This has restricted the amount of drugs the girls can get. So they go to where drugs are more easily available.

Anyone seen Janelle lately?

I noticed that there are rarely girls out by the Huntington other than early evening...like 7-9pm. There used to be girls out from 3am-6 am or so and also at other random times. Well Friday night/Saturday morning, I rolled thru downtown. Around 5:30am-6:30am. Saw very few girls, and the ones I did see were in unusual spots....on 7th, 8th, and 9th west of Main Street. In particular, Mary Jane was on 7th between Broadway and Spring.

Its amazing how dead downtown is. In spite of that I went cruising 7th street around 1pm Saturday. Found katrina, LSW 33 yrs old, just a little overweight. 20 BBBJ. I miss the old days.

This morning around 4:30am there were about six sw around the Huntington area including Tana. There was one I would have considered picking up, but a LE cruiser rolled up and I split. More sw out there than I've seen in a while. Cruised by this evening around 10pm and it was dead.

I picked Tina up around 3AM at 7th & Towne. There were lots of he-shes out at this time and was glad to see Tina. She is far from a 10 but has red hair, nice legs and gives a good CBJ.

Since she has known me 'round these parts for more than 4 years she was quite happy to see me. For .4 she gave me half and half. Lots of fun.

When I search Google for Huntington Hotel in Los Angeles all I get back is the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel in Pasadena. I doubt that's the same "Huntington" you guys talk about. I did search this forum, but everyone just mentions "The Huntington", but never the location.

I usually cruise Fig or LBB, but I'm frequently in the Downtown area on business and wouldn't mind taking a looksie every now and then, just in case a 19 year old corn-fed wannabe-model/singer/actress from Iowa just stepped off the Greyhound station at Alameda, is lost in L.A., and is out there looking to make some quick cash :)

I've cruised the Alvarado/JW area and have seen a couple of decent looking central-American SWs every now and then, but it's mostly dry. I remember 3 years ago there were even hot BSWs by the Alvarado/Olympic area, now it's dead.

I was recently in LA and stayed in a downtown hotel. In fact the hotel I stayed in had the hoppin' bar. I was looking for a strip club and did not rent a car so I was limited to walking distances only. I thought that a hostess bar was a stip club and went in. The sign out front said "100 beautifull girls".... The club as wall Spanish...the girls were all Spanish...one girl got me to go back with here for $30 per hour. I got a quick HJ...and she wanted my to come back with more money to take her back to the Marriott. I did not see anything else going on back there. As I will be coming back to LA often, is this normal for a hostess bar? What are the rules etc?

Rebrobate218 or anyone else thats familiar with that "100girls" bar I've driven by that place 100s of times. I've never been in it, but whats it like? I'm not usually in the downtown area so I wasnt familiar if it was a regular bar, Strip club or working girls, etc. What is it actually. Any good ones at least?

It's on Main St. south of 7th, but Main is a one way street going North. On the right side. Just north of 8th or 9th I think.

Its on 8th and Main. Its a dump by every definition of the word. Don't go in there. At least I wouldn't. Most of the girls have no objection to driving out of the downtown area. Except Mary Jane who is kinda paranoid IMO.

The streets are empty late night so no matter what you drive, you will stick out like a sore thumb. Fortunately LE presence is marginal late at night. But if you do see a cruiser, I recommend you not cruise around the area any longer.

During the day its packed with people and traffic. I've never seen working girls out mid day although I suppose they do sometimes.
