I've posted this because of lack of warnings from members on here about particular SWs that may be HIV positive, despite having prostitution / soliciting records on the FCMC website with action codes 29 xx. Most HIV arrest don't say "Exposing others. Contagion"

Also, keep in mind that the codes 29 xx. Xx inferring that she is HIV positive only if the listed criminal charge is Soliciting or Prostitution. There are also other criminal charges completely unrelated to sex that may also have codes 29 xx. Xx that has nothing to do with HIV; as only certain numbers in the code past the 29 refers to HIV.
Even if HungDongSik barebacked that particular SW he mentioned, it's unlikely that he would had contracted HIV; though the chances were still there despite being small. Even so, he was wise not to have done anything with her.
Now however, if HungDongSik had open cuts on his penis (a rough and toothy BJ can cut the penis) or a herpes sore or any kind of open or unhealed sores on his penis; then his chance of contracting HIV would be greatly increased but by no means definite.
It appears that only HIV. AIDS will generate these "Exposing others. Contagion" on the rap sheets and the action codes 3701.81 and the soliciting and prostitution generated 29 xx. Xx action codes. It appears that no other disease besides HIV, sexually transmitted or otherwise; will go into a SW's arrest information on the FCMC website.
Prostitution and soliciting charges against SWs that are HIV negative will have action code 2307.xx. It isn't foolproof as every once in a while a HIV positive SW will have action code listed as 2307.xx as a result of clerical error instead of 29 xx. Xx.
While HIV isn't the easiest VD to catch, you can still contract it and has happened to a few men. Just ask a former NBA basketball player by the name of Magic. Even without HIV worries, there are still many other diseases that can be contracted from SWs and it appears that no disease besides HIV will be disclosed on rap sheets in Ohio; although a few other states do.
Too much information perhaps may needlessly help LE
In making my first post in 3 years, I was surprised to see in red below the posting box about no personally identifying info like last names and addresses.
I'll confess that at first I was inclined to disagree, though I would still had follow the rules anyway. But after analysis I can see the point and I now agree. Let me explain.
I recall reading posts of SWs with both first and last names, as well as I also have posted a few reports with first and last names of a few SWs while that was still allowed in the past; and that has resulted in severe legal fallouts for many of those SWs and very soon afterwards they got arrested again and again very frequently. SWs reported with only one name (presumably first name) and aliases (excluding last names) had fewer problems with LE activity and prosecution (or persecution if you prefer). We know that the LE community reads these posts, and if both first and last names of SWs are used in our posts; LE can use that as evidence in prosecution of such unlucky SWs because the written proof of her SWing activities are there with her full name and can use it in the court of law especially if there were several or more reports with her full name that further firmly establish her career in the world's oldest profession. Adding a street address to the full name of a SW would make such posts like that on here an Uncle LEO's dream and make such prosecution and establishing that she is selling her pussy in the courts of law very easy.
This kind of LE activity against SWs reported by us on this forum when we use only her first name or alias (fake name without last name, even fake last name) seem to be much less as there isn't additional info such as last name that would make it much easier for LE to do their prosecution work against said SWs; even though the road cop knows for sure who the SW with only first name mention is. This is because the lack of further info like that as well as no street address would make it more difficult to prove and establish her prostitution guilt in the court of law. Therefore it appears that the LE are less inclined to arrest SWs with no last names nor street addresses reported.
Likewise with street addresses, we don't want SWs to be hounded at her home by many mongerers who have read this forum and never met her for sex in the past when she doesn't want to be working at given times and wants to relax at home; especially men she hasn't met on the street before and as well as to protect her from stalking. She also has other things to do besides being out working selling her pussy.
I'm sure Jackson has more reasons also, and what I posted above may or may not be one of his reasons.
We want to use this website for our benefit, but we don't want to benefit the LE community and make life worse for SWs than it already is; and in some cases this board had that unintended effect and therefore some rules were set in place not only to protect SWs from prosecution which has the effect of increasing the short supply of SWs out there for our enjoyment.
It's just like that we don't post "safe place to do the deeds" in the forum since such info would instantly make that location the worst place possible to be caught by LE. Only a few motels were suggested on this forum about where to take a SW but that's pretty much it.
Just the first name or alias and description of her appearance and general location without address numbers are enough for us mongerers to know who she is and where to go, and if more info is needed then one member can PM privately another member's box; but make sure the member receiving additional info is trusted with enough credible reports. While this is good enough for us, it isn't good enough for the LE community to legally establish an individual SW's activities nearly as well as would be the case with full names and addresses. Also, such extended info about SW's like that further exposes her and is somewhat heartless.
I'm not a lawyer, but this analysis makes perfect sense to me.
