I concur with the below reviews about the capital of Thailand. This place breaks the rule about no HE in places with low walls and curtains.

This is the only Thai place I've been to outside of Hollywood and Koreatown, but my experience in all those I've tried has been 100% HE rate and not once have I been to a Thai MP with fully private rooms with doors and floor to ceiling walls.
