Having done so, I think it's fair to say you have very specific tastes when it comes to the hobby. While you've seen some other Asian ethnicities (Thai, Chinese) and the occasional non-Asian, you admittedly have a preference for K-girls, and therein lies the issue.
Using a restaurant analogy, it's the equivalent of developing a strong taste for a particular cuisine and then devoting your time and $ in an effort to find the best restaurants of that type. And there is definitely no "street food" equivalent in this area for what you seek. I guess you could consider K-AMPs but those don't generally offer the GFE+ options you want.

While there are certainly individual variations I think it's fair to say that providers possessing those three qualities will always command a premium, no matter what their nationality or ethnicity. But what that premium is, and what prices are in general, will depend greatly on the relative supply and demand and also on the mix of new entrants into the provider pool.
My main point about K-girls in the DMV, and perhaps I didn't make it as effectively as I could have, is primarily about the lack of supply. All high-end providers (Black, Asian, Caucasian, Latina, etc) will command a premium if they meet (or promise to meet) Trifecta standards. But groups with more relative supply and / or with more new providers entering the local hobby scene, will offer a greater variation of prices and service levels and better opportunities to find GFE for less. AFAICT, independent K-girls are quite rare in the DMV and the K-agencies import their talent from outside the area.
