I doubt the Latina chick was actually in a gang, her outfit sort of had that look though. She was cute too, I was disappointed when I didn't see her the other times I went. Anyway, at the end of the night there were cops all over the street at closing time, it seemed to worry some of the patrons. I guess they'd never been to Hartford, that's how it usually is around closing time on Fri / Sat it seems. The following times I went the selection wasn't quite as good / diverse but still some good looking black girls. If only they'd stop allowing smoking inside I'd go more often, I hate going home smelling like smoke.[/QUOTE]Agree about the smoke thing! I am nearby quite a bit and there are times I have to bypass the club because of that. The overall smell isn't too bad, considering, but a non smoker always can smell it and I am one of those.

I'll be passing though BPT this week, early afternoon, and looking for the best bet for a BPT club. I'm not all that comfortable with the scene, especially considering it's my first time. Most experience I have with something similar is the Blue up in Vernon / Tolland, and I assume this is going to be nothing like this.

Where should I go, does dress code exist, drink minimums? I don't even know what else to ask!

No dress code, more casual the better honestly. 2 drink min. I wouldn't go flashing cash around but it's still usually safe. Just chill and have a good time.

I don't even know what else to ask![/QUOTE]I've never been to Electric Blue but I've read the reviews and looked at the Instagram, it definitely doesn't look like it has much in common with the Bpt clubs. EB looks like a more upscale club, be prepared for a much more gritty vibe down here. If you're going early afternoon on a weekday that would be one of the best, least intimidating times to go if you're not used to this scene. Forget about a dress code, you'd be better served dressing down as much as you can. You'll look way out of place showing up in your Sunday best not to mention you'll be a bullseye for every dancer once you walk in looking like you might have a black AmEx in your wallet. You have to weed through the low level talent to find the diamonds in the rough and that can be tough when you have the rough looking ones hanging on you not taking no for an answer, these are obviously the ones that approach before you even get to the bar. I would probably start with Pleasant Moments, generally will have the best to offer especially on a weekday afternoon. If you have the time go check out Bishop's Corner it's worth taking a look if you're not in the area often, you have to park on the street but honestly all of these places aren't anything to worry about early on a weekday. I've been in all of them up until last call on weekends and I'm a non threatening looking white guy never had a problem, just mind your own business. Nikita's I haven't been in a couple of years now sounds like it's pretty dismal but you could check it out, worst case scenario over there is you'll be extremely bored it might be you and a bartender sitting around making small talk. If there is a dancer in there who's not bad looking it's by far the most laid back of the 3 to take care of your needs. The other Bpt clubs are just standard fare for on premise, though Ruby's is very close to Nikita's if you're really making your rounds. One thing I can definitely say if you're only used to Electric Blue, you're going to spend MUCH less in Bpt. You could basically hit the 3 mentioned in one day and spend less than one EB outing. Called in at BC on my way home, endured a vile tasting beer while surveying the scene. Hennessy, the cute, skinny black chick came over to sit on me a while, but I was after some latina tail. Selection wasn't very inspiring, and far more black girls than I'd seen before. There was one girl with a great body, but she only appeared fleetingly and was back in the back room almost straight away. I hung around a while waiting for her to reappear, and decided it wasn't a great use of my time. I gave up and went to Nikita's instead. It was almost empty, got charged $5 to go in, and eventually got a drink. Just a coke since I had a long drive. There was a NY born Dominican who immediately greeted me and did her bit on stage, went for a dance with another customer, then came back to me. I went for it, she insisted on all covered, and wouldn't give up the back door. Still, pretty good job, big tits and ass, nice attitude. Gave her 3 Jacksons and a $5 tip, although she didn't make any effort to count what I'd given her. Came out to find that someone had broken my window and failed to grab anything of value from within the car. Had parked on State St where it's better lit in front of the businesses there, but not the best area, as others have noted. Fortunately not too cold driving home with the window gone.

Some of the were really decent guys, clubs never minded and it did give some sense of security. I've personally never had a car problem there but know some who have. Just make sure you leave nothing lying around that looks tempting.

Passed through PM last week and checked out the talent. Got beer and was later approached by a tall blonde dominican Deborah negotiated the back room and got her to budge I don't get to Bridgeport often and haven't been since they implemented the 5 fee in the back but whatever really nice dance and I was on my way shortly after that.

I have always been concerned since I carry a lot of expensive business related stuff in my vehicle. Most of the time parking is fine when I get there almost in front of the club. When the lot was open, that even better. Something must be built there by now since it has been closed for a good 4 or 5 months. Can't beat the place for value though! May stop by Thursday since I'll be nearby.

I too have valuable business stuff (well, to me, I assume a laser in a box isn't interesting to thugs), and I had a couple of crates of beer in the back that they didn't try for either. $50 at the local scrapyard has got me some replacement glass away from the insurance company's excesses.

Are there any pleasant / BC places up in the new Haven / Meriden area? It's so hard to get the the port sometimes and I'm Usually always in those areas for business. Pm me if you're worried about anything.

Hit up Bishop's night shift last weekend. Paid the $5 cover and was immediately accosted by a large old woman. Hadn't even reached the bar and I got the "buy me a drink, baby" routine. Took me a bit to shake her off and have a look around. Present and accounted for were the usual nighttime Dominicans with a couple of day-timers pulling a double shift. Couple of black girls just coming in as well. After a few minutes a very attractive younger girl took the stage. I would say she was Latina but I'm not sure. Looked kind of Asian because she didn't have a huge ass. Just normal. Maybe mixed Latina / Black but def a looker. Out of the back room comes another attractive young girl and this one def Latina. It didn't take 10 sec for a guy to scoop her up and take her to the back again. I stayed about a half hour but couldn't get within sniffing distance of either one. Both were popular and busy.

Does anyone have any Intel on these two? Wondering if it was just a random thing.
