Maybe it is a matter of semantics but there is always an amount above the hh or hourly rate if you are looking for more than a massage. All AMP will state the required rate which you usually pay upfront and once in the room you negotiate for extras. That will vary depending on those extras include. For a straight up HJ usually around double the rate, starts to go up there. FS will run you in the $200 range. This applies to AMP generally. That FS rate can go up pretty quickly depending on the lady.
