Most girls now days seem to be uncomfortable if you actually hand out the cash. From what I've learned about Korean culture, handing money directly to someone in ANY situation is not the best way to do things; usually it's given in an envelope. I think people are taking the word "tip" too literally. For food service, a tip is purely voluntary and is based upon the level of services received. AMP providers however make their income off the tips from customers. The tip is for their time/service.
