It's always hit or miss and you just have t o spend the time searching and hope you get lucky.
I also agree that 40 I s a too much for the streets and what causes them to think its OK to ask for that much. However, I'm not going to lie, I have dished out up to 30 but that's only because I got my mind blown and wanted to see this person on a regular basis and they were 'cleaner' than the usual otherwise, my limit is 20 to 25 max.

When I said 40, I meant if I found someone to hit, which I did at one time but I lost her number. The most I've paid on that stroll was 30 to blow my mind and eat the contents.
