I signed up for an account just to poke around a few years back, but didn't pay it much attention because you need to buy credits to do damn near anything on there.
Back in. October or November, I think it was? I got one of their emails, and one of the girls pictured was someone who's been well-reviewed on the Massage board in the past. (Goes by K8, if that rings any bells.) I decided to buy the cheapest block of credits they sold to see if I could get in touch with her and set something up. No dice, unfortunately.
Since I had some leftover credits, I used them and figured out pretty quickly that 99.9% of the people you'll see on there are bots. I did meet up with one person, socially, and we had plans to get a more regular arrangement going, but she turned out to be pretty flaky and eventually stopped responding to my texts.
So, moral of the story is. There is probably some fun to be had if you're willing to sift through a lot of crap. I don't think it's worth the effort, personally, but hopefully you have better luck than I do if you go for it.

Well it finally happened. Even though my Spidey senses were going off I was thinking with the little brain. Set up a dream with Anna, for an hour of all inclusive.
