They knew it gives the system more power to screw you over and they are just waiting for you to fuck up and then comes that probation hold.

I could have done 60 days work release and I probably should have gone back to the judge and asked to do the time just to get it over with. Either way; the State literally owns the convicted person's ass. The list of rules is the same for misdemeanor and felony convictions. The Probation Officers can search one's home or body at any time. One needs their permission to drive a car, no alcohol in the residence, etc. Etc. Mandatory meetings during work hours as often as they want. And, yes, the system seems designed to keep grinding a person up. That was a LONG year!

Her name is on the list along her mugshot which looks much better than her last one. Also some details from the arrest to. It does not sound like money is for bail but the things she will need at the future place she's headed to. I've heard from guys who've been in such places that nothing is provided but soap. Your dependent on family for such luxury items like a toothbrush and toothpaste or things like shampoo. All that must be purchased at the prison store at huge markups. No family that cares your out of luck. Hope her stay is short. I'm guessing her last scrape came with the condition she stay out of trouble.
