I figure this is falling into the scamming category if they are even women. I would not be shocked if it was guys faking being women to get some suckers to fall for this. The majority have no intention of meeting and are using this as an excuse.

Woman probably scam just as much as men do, there have been guys that have been set up and robbed, had their wallets stolen and many who paid for an hour and the girl shorts them on time. THe short on time is quite common. If you agree to 1-2 hours with a girl and after 30 minutes says I have to meet my brother should I give her half the allowance.
