Heard on the chan.13 news some one was shot on Vernon last night standing in the yard. The shot came from a pick up coming down the street. Who ever it was they were killed. Anyone know any info.

I will look around a little further but here is what the CA had posted:
2 men shot to death in separate incidents
Memphis police are investigating two overnight shooting deaths.
Officers responded at 11:15 p.m. to the 3500 block of Vernon, where a man in his 40s had been shot by the occupants of a black pickup.
The victim, who hasn’t been positively identified, died at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis.
Police had no other details about the shooting.
Just after midnight, officers responded to the 1600 block of Marianna, where a 27-year-old man had been shot during a robbery in a driveway.
He died at The Med.
Police are looking for a male and female who ran from the scene.

Crossed referenced the information from the article with information with another site and it seems the victim had a pretty good history of drug arrests and no mongering offenses. I'm sure we were all worried that he was a mongering who got set up in the worst way. Don't need that kinda crap happening around here. Seems like a drug deal gone bad.

Yes. He has a history of drug and burglary charges when I looked his info up.

I went on a canoe trip about 3 weeks ago and managed to get dumped ass first over a three foot waterfall. Broke a knuckle and had some wicked bruises. It was only after reviewing the pictures from my soaked camera that a friend pointed out this photo. Is it Jesus or Charles Manson? Either way. I thought it was totally cool and thought I would share it with you. Several board members saw it in person and it is not a fake. It's gone now. But if I had posted it earlier. Maybe I would have had people worshiping and pray to my ass! Hahahahahaha!

My reasoning: we [i]know[/i] what Charlie looks like, and that bruise does resemble him a bit.
We do [i]not[/i] know what Jesus looked like. When someone says they "see" Jesus in a taco shell/grilled cheese sandwich/mold spot on the wall/ass bruise/etc., what they are really seeing (at best) is some medieval artist's conception of what Jesus looked like.
Not the same thing. Not even in the same ballpark, not in the same league, not even the same fuckin' sport!
