Though I do find the method to upload photos just a bit wonky, A2. Anyway, if my post leads to one more reviewer using a screenshot and one less newbie posting just a link asking for thoughts, then this post was worth writing.

Mmgeg agreed to see me, didn't ghost and provided the services that were advertised. Appears she is concerned with my safety as much as her own (and vice versa). They are a professional who is getting paid to provide a service and at the end of the day I don't think there is anything at all different about it than getting a haircut or paying somebody to change the oil on my car. We think it is because of how we are raised to think about sex but end of the day that's a biological need like eating or breathing nothing more.
It's "intimate" because it involves touching but it's not love, it's not intimacy, it's a service I pay somebody to do. Sometimes when they do it I do a service for them as well and some of them seem to enjoy that, some more than others but they aren't a girlfriend, I am not being graced with their presence and they are most certainly not doing me a favor.

Is anybody aware of "behind the scenes" screening process that is done by our local providers? I have recently spent time with a few of our shining stars (Taylor, Susie Q, Summer and Callie) and wasn't asked for any references. While I felt comfortable due to their reputations, I was surprised there appeared to be no checks on me, which leads me to believe there might be some sort of process I am not aware of. Just because they do this does not mean they don't have feelings. I have met several providers who have cared for mongers before. I have even experienced it and had them care for me in return. They are not cold robots, but they are human too.
