In today's market, she can ask those as street prices because so many workers have web pages now and the web pages allow them to ask for the bigger bucks.

Maybe Tammy cannot keep a phone and a web page is useless without Internet access (usually by phone).

I saw one who obviously stayed at the Orange. She had a big dog with her and was allowing it to relieve itself in the fenced corner nearest the bridge over the Hillsborough River. That probably was not this one.

The chance that she is Swiss is small.

And yes, she is not lying about being from Switzerland. I speak German, so one time I asked her "Sprects du schweizerdeutsch?" (do you speak Swiss-German?) The Swiss speak either French or a German dialect. She responded "Ja", and we spoke together for quite a bit, and she spoke her Standard German with a Swiss accent. Apparently she was born in Florida, but lived most of her growing years in Switzerland.
