Never been to F&C so can't comment on that, but as some other guy said tons of reviews of that place on here, think recently they might've been closed for a while. Le Palace is strictly HJ with some girls doing BJ, while White Swan Spa is a FS place. Le Palace has a ton of cute young girls who do bad to average massages, with the best girl being Nicole, while White Swan based on what some guy said here has a bunch of new younger Chinese talent. I've only been here once, thought I saw a cute young girl named Selene here but never saw her here while scouting afterward.
