Here is my other tip, when I log in a provider's number, I automatically block it so the only communication is one way, when I want to call her. Most blocking features allow you to see who called so you can tell if you really want to know but I am never getting a 3 AM phone call from some desperate provider who needs a quick fix. Be smart in this hobby and don't put yourself in a position to be embarrassed.

That brown pigmentation is known as hemosiderin staining and is a byproduct of hemoglobin breakdown which tend to collect in patients feet.
