GFE = Girl Friend Experience. When you're doing the deed with your Girl Friend do you always throw on a cover for a BJ or full? (No) I would say GFE would include. DFK / Kissing. BBBJ - BBFS and in some cases Greek.

Presumably a girl advertising GFE will be less "enthusiastic" than one who claims to be PSE. I've never noticed a difference or paid much attention because my goal is always a safe and fun visit.
