It was just routine police work. Le has to show that they are doing their job. Supra is open and green is open, I guess they really put the sting on 14k.

So much for the hotties coming to DC.

Always have your ID and never give in. You were there just relaxing and you didn't know they weren't liscensed. Just stick to the story when questioned and don't act all nervous, they like to pick on losers.

1) Which reports are questionable?

2-3) I can tell you for a fact that 14k was closed M night thru Fri because I physically went there each day and saw the lock. I also saw the last folks there that left there Monday night. And they certainly didn't look paranoid but they did have their luggage with them so I'm guessing they were planning on being gone for awhile 2-3-4) I don't know about any busts at Green but when I was there Thurs and Fri, I got in just fine. M-W they wouldn't let me in though!

I would say you can keep frequenting. Just be safe and smart about it!

I'm looking at all of the reports and PM's flying around and the abundance of newbies asking seemingly harmless questions. Now, maybe I'm paranoid but this actually seems to be an orchestrated and coordinated attempt to gain information of some sort...

I've gotten a number of strange PM's lately from newbies asking 'because ur a senior member' in really poor typing, about how to get what they want at a number of places. Like I know...

Thing is, I see these same people (with only a few posts each), using fairly perfect diction in their posts. When I see you post one way, and then PM me in another, it raises a red flag for me.

Obviously everyone realizes challenges are in the air due to the inactivity and inquiries. And, a board like this will attract a certain level of attention.

Just letting everyone know what has been happening to me and what I'm seeing.

I think that's the pork shoulder I hear pushing against the door...and they want IN.

I have to agree with RM in that there have been a few questionable reports as of late. In fact, I called one out a couple of weeks ago where the poster simply said he went to (wherever) and had a great time.

No mention of the girl's name, activities, etc. Just looked bogus.

I would be wary of strangers asking questions.

Yeah I forgot to mention the name of the girl in this post, she said her name was Penny. The first time I went with my friends I had Susie, the second time I ended up with Mia and the third girl and 4th girls really werent worth remembering. I was up there on thursday night and the bell didnt work and I heard nothing inside and I looked up the number online and called and there was no answer. sunday after reading a report on here I called up again and this time someone answered so I went out and had the experience reported in the quote below.

I don't get that part either. If anything, not having your id is probably better if you are questioned by the police. They don't know you from Adam, and if you aren't caught en flagrante, then you're legally not a problem, and if they can't put a name to you, then you won't end up in the papers.

Now, if they pull you over in your car after seeing you leave and you have no id, then you're in trouble, not for being at an AMP, but because you're driving without a license.

As for newbs asking questions. I've gotten a couple PM's lately from n00bs directly tied to my posts about H&H, but those have been handled. One I've already mentioned in here (he got a RTFF and a YMMV that's abou it) and the other asked for the # of the place. I told him to actually look at the front of the damn building or to check Google or to RTFF. Then again, those were more normal, and I once someone ask where IN Wisconsin the place was, so I'm guessing I shouldn't be too worried about those.

Anyway, those are my two cents. Don't be stupid, and remember your rights. If you admit to nothing, and there's no witnesses, then they can't do anything to you.

I got 3 PMs this week from people (@ that time) with less than 10 posts. I haven't been posting that much recently since I have had some stuff change in my life, S.O. moving in and all.... So it was a surprise to get that many posts from newbies.

Put on an extra long sleep shirt, dirty white is the best color. Wrap a dirty towel around you head and wear a fake (or real) dirty beard. When they answer the door just yell out "Bush Akbar" and you will be good to go!
