My biggest problem with them is they don't update their website or Twitter. Sakura has been gone since mid December and won't be back until July from what they told me. But they did refer me to go to MP during the holiday when they didn't have anyone available. That, and my screening with them was telling them I'm a customer at MP and that was all they asked.
