As for my own personal experiences in dealing with Erma's MMS- she's always honored my appointment times, but then again I've developed a pretty good rapport with her and they know, that I'll walk in a heart beat if my appointment time isn't honored. I have Zero Tolerance, for either B&S tactics or my appointment times not being honored & won't put up with that type of UNPROFESSIONAL BS- ever! I have a 15 minute window I allow within my appt. The MMS booked my appointment time and gave it to some other random walk in guy. I waited in the parking lot for a reasonable time.
