Each type has its pluses and minuses. Personally the cost savings and the hunt are the most appealing about SWs. But the the best bang for your buck comes from car dates. First off cops will pick the car and then the violation. Meaning if they see you with a known working girl, they just have to wait and eventually you will commit a violation, I'v seen them stop someone for going 2mph over the limit as their reason for a stop.
Second, don't think the girl will give the same story. Typically, they will separate you if they know she is a working girl. 9 times out of 10 they know these girls and will offer to let them go if they tell the truth and rat you out, so while you think you both are on the same page, if they give her the deal, your cooked.
Third, Whatever you do, DO NOT lie to the police. Don't admit to what your doing, but don't lie either, exercise your right to remain silent before you lie. If you lie, and they can prove it, those are extra charges, much worse than the minor violation they have you for already.
