3 Strikes and I was out yesterday. As many of you know there are more and more massage stores that are closing in the downtown area and Central LA area's. And the ones that are still open are becoming Non-erotic places. Unless you really have rapport with the girl and know her already, you will probably be wasting your time.

For example yesterday I went to:

1. Lions Spa. Kept sheet on my Lower body entire time and would only massage me through the sheets, barely any tease. Tipped $25 to be nice. Strike One.

2. Silver Lake Spa on Virgil. This used to be a pretty good spot and they closed down a couple times. I think it's completely legit now. Girl wouldn't even go near the privates. Unattractive chubby 45 year olds working there instead of the 25 year old Thai cuties they used to have. Left 45 minutes in and Tipped $20 to be nice.

3. Place on Alvarado near 9th st. Completely legit. Strike 3.

4. Manju on Vermont. I heard this place went legit and I can confirm that it does. I should've known by the $35 half hour price. It was getting late so I knew I was taking a chance. Got in at 10 pm, left at 10:30. No action at all. It was 1030 and there's only one place I know that's even open at all at that time, so I went across the street. Already strike 4.

4. Rose Spa. I knew this place is legit and I've gone there a few times. Nice girls, nice tease, but no finish of course. That was strike five to wrap up the day.

So many places have closed in the LA area. Very different scene than even a couple years ago. If you look on Rob maps you'll see so many closed places and the ones that are still open are very strict. Bummer.

You're right. There has been real LE heat in this part of L. A. Locations are closing or being ultra-careful if not going totally straight. Also places that have opened relatively recently which partially fill the void but they are new and unknown to veterans. Or just weren't worth noticing before. 10-15 years ago there was an entirely different list of go-to places in the same areas and the places you mentioned either didn't exist or weren't a thing yet if they offered any erotic services at all.

I know Silverlake well and have talked to the owner over this period. She was forced to close many months ago but kept a couple of girls working stealthily while she looked for a buyer. She's now sold the business and it is a brand new place with new ownership and staff. Your post is the first I've heard to indicate it has opened. The new business really has no choice but to keep everything cool at least for now. We can hope that the long term will show some evolution.

Bottom line is the cat and mouse bullshit comes with the territory and it has always been like this. The current generation submits to authority and / or harassment but the seeds of its replacement have been planted by the ever present demand.

I use a burner phone currently on Tracfone, If I buy a new Sim card from BB or another retailer (cash) would I be able to pop it in my unlocked Moto G4 which I'm currently using on Tracfone? Or, do I need to go thru Tracfone for activation?

I would also like to get a new number from the one I'm currently using. Would like to keep everything off the radar by using cash. Appreciate any help on this matter.

1. no, you do not have to go through Tracfone for activation.

2. because of #1 you can get another number assigned to that sim.

3. buy with cash and load with cash, any prepaid gift card or reloadable card (Vanilla and OneVanilla are popular and work well) to pay for your service plan with your new sim.

But, best answer would be when you go to best buy just ask the cell phone guys or girls. They're usually pretty helpful. Sometimes they tell you a lot stories of people who buy pay as you go phones. Hiding from wives, and.

I do this all the time. I just log on my TracFone account and chat with one of their reps and within minutes they will activate the new SIM card.

Your TracFone account is 100% transferable and mobile. One time I lost one of my burner phones, chatted with TracFone, and they deactivated that account and number and transferred it to a new SIM inside another phone within minutes.

Each cell phone has a serial number or as they call it, IMEI. The carrier uses the IMEI but how long they keep the IMEI on record would be anyones guess.
