Have you ever been to a KAgency that doesn't do screening including personal information? If so, are they still in business? Screening is how they ensure that you aren't a cop and that they know enough about you to disincentivize clients from taking liberties with their ladies.
As to pricing, I'd suggest that you read the reviews for LTLV ladies on TER. Their pricing is consistent for all of their ladies that I have seen.

I contacted Tokyo and was told they want to establish who I am. They were polite but I didn't take it any further since I was expecting they would want personal info. Any other examples of other options besides Preferred411?
