Thanks to all who chimed in regarding Jamie. Overall, it appears that nothing has changed or so little to essentially mean nothing. Those who saw her before still continue to do so for their own reasons. I am by no means disparaging Jamie or her regulars. The times I have seen service get better is when the girl is more "comfortable" with me and "likes" me (obviously after multiple visits). Of course, not all girls will behave like this, as they would have to allow their personal feelings to make a connection with the customer. I could tell that Jamie was not interested in making a connection, so didn't expect a GFE on the initial visit or subsequent visits.
