Not sure I agree about men controlling the market, but I have been focusing on other mongering fronts for the past year and maybe things have finally turned around. The ads on the usual sites dont seem to indicate that conditions have improved much though.

As Salty said in another thread, this forum is only a small portion of all mongers. You are literally preaching to the choir over and over and over again. The guys who you think "control the market" are the outliers, and they are not here. There are many different ways to participate in the hobby, so it's not just one "market" anyway.
