The best endorsement you could ever give her. Coming to your aid. Didn't come to rob you or take advantage. Truly cared about your well being. Hope you heal right up and get to visit her again soon.
I had just dropped Summer off and was heading home driving down East Colonial when I had a bad coughing fit and suddenly heard a snap in my chest that sounded like breaking a two inch thick branch followed by probably the worst pain I have ever felt. I pulled into the first drive I could get in and I thought I had broken a rib or something. I absolutely could not move and could barely take a breath. All I could do was lay my seat back and try to catch my breath and stay conscious. The only person I knew in the area and had in my contacts where I could just push a button on the steering wheel and tell my car to call was Summer so I called her and she came just as quick as she could walk the 3 miles away that I was. She made it way faster than I expected her to and I was unable to move at all when she got there. She scooted my seat back and sat between my legs and drove me to the ER as fast as she could get me there and ran inside to get help. It took several people to get me out of my car and inside. After several hours of x rays and tests they found that I had ripped a hole in the muscle between my ribs. Summer sat right beside me up until they took me back for my last scan before she couldn't stay awake any longer and went outside to the car to sleep. When I was released the nurse at the front desk said she had come in every 30 minutes for an update on my condition and was very worried about me. It was almost 9 o'clock when I finally got released and I live almost an hour and a half away, and I still could barely breath or move so I had to get a room nearby for the night. Summer went with me and took care of me all night making sure I was ok and even went down and filled my prescriptions and brought me breakfast in the morning. I have seen Summer nearly every weekend for almost a year now but I can't thank her enough for what she did for me this Sunday. She could easily have said not my problem, call an ambulance, but she didn't. I had just dropped her off from an overnight on Saturday where no sleep was had and then stayed with me a second night with no sleep again to make sure I was ok. She even offered to drive me home over an hour away and take an Uber home so I could get my car home. She's not just a provider she's a true friend.
RD, how was that not a positive review? Any providers ever taken care of you or gone out of their way to make sure you were taken care of and safe on a personal level before? She never even asked me to pay her for a second night. Her only concern was that I was going to be ok.
