I almost exclusively do only hh sessions. No MP is really ever truly skilled in the art of actual therapy so in my opinion I'd rather get straight to the point and finish with a little relaxing if they're still down for it. Plus, I'd say about 40% of the AMPs I've visited in my decade of hobbying, have a cheaper rate for hh sessions, where I'm saving. 2 on CBJ and sometimes. 4 on cfs. Obviously YMMV.

I enjoy the massages, and even if hte quality is not CMT level its only like 20 bucks extra. So its a cheap 30 extra minutes of bodywork of varying quality.
