The ladies deal with a lot of different types of guys that like different things, some ladies are very nervous on first time meetings, they don't know how long everyone takes and want to make sure everything is done when the time is up also. One thing also is that a less than standard tip they probably look at it as a disrespect to them and makes them feel bad about themselves which is sad.
