Those are under the jaw in the neck or behind the ears. This thing is actually where her jaw connects in the cheek. Not sure what that would be. I'm not doctor but I don't think that's what you say it is. Could be some kind of infection in the jaw joint? Still be careful you BBFS hunters. I will never understand that.
