People trying to use our system to poach members are breaking the TOS just as much as pedos passing info about underage people.

You know we control the server, you know that all web sites that have direct messaging have access to everything on those servers, we balance your expectation of privacy against our responsibilities and have come up with a system that we think is as unobtrusive as possible AND we have been open and honest about it since we started doing it.
