It's rough on all of us when something like this happens.

But then again, it makes sense.

This forum is valuable at providing information for everyone. We don't want this information to stop coming in. Maybe proactive efforts might be prudent? Bragging about getting CIM / CIMWS / BBFS in a report could be misleading. As an extreme example, a preface of "I mongered with this provider for 7yrs and saw her 1, 000 times" might clarify "I get BBBJCIM / BBFS from her". It's not only the reaction to a report but the report itself that sometimes mislead.

Duce1's post about making good reports is an excellent place to start.

However, if they don't want others to know they can always ask the client to not say anything. Went to Kison today to see what happened since May that changed the service fellow mongers have experienced.
